Koirasaaren Kruunukorttelit

At home in the city, and at sea

Helsinki, a maritime city shaped by centuries of craftsmanship. Continuing this tradition are the Koirasaari Kruunukorttelit, inspired by Jugend architecture. To be completed in summer 2027, Housing Company Helsingin Koirasaaren Kruunuranta offers homes where you can breathe and pause surrounded by sea views.

Koirasaari is located in the eastern part of Helsinki’s city centre, in the Kruunuvuori district. Nearly every apartment opens up to views across the water towards the heart of Helsinki and Suomenlinna.

Alongside the Forma, Flora and Fauna buildings, a fourth building will also be built within the block. This building is not part of the housing company or the apartments offered for sale. It will remain in the ownership of the developer. As the Kruunukorttelit progresses, so too will this website. For now, you’ll find essential information about the project and its current phase.

The architecture of the residential buildings continues seamlessly indoors through the chosen tones and layered atmosphere, where carefully considered details form a cohesive whole and welcome you home.

The stairwell is calm and well finished, with practical solutions integrated into the overall design. There is plenty to take in on the way to your front door
